Service Plan Activity Report
The Service Plan Activity Report provides details about your services
and web-site. Each web portal owner gets a password protected unique
page from which they can view/add/remove services, view recent activity
on their account, and review recommendations. The Service Plan Activity
Report is manually updated and also used as a work sheet by me. You can
use it to see how much you are spending and why. You can request
changes, updates, and monitor the progress of your overall web
development strategy. While any service is active, my activity in your
web communications is documented here.
Current Plans and Budget
Your service plans and billing cycles are listed here. You can review
and adjust your services based on needs and budget. Services ending
their billing cycle during the month will be marked, indicating to you
the total of your future invoices based on your current plan. Any one
off service used during the month also appears here.

Statistics Report
The Web-Server Administration
package includes a monthly traffic report based on
your server statistics. Providing you with important information. An
analysis of your server statistics is performed by me each month and a
report provided to you. I personally view and assess your statistics,
pointing out important indicators and useful data about your visitor
patterns. Each month is archived so long term trends can also be easily
assessed. Your server statistics can indicate maintenance needs, search
engine visibility, and visitor patterns. An important tool in
maintaining and developing your web communications.

becomes critical it will be listed here and you will be contacted.
Issue's needing urgent attention to avoid service disruptions. This is

This section provides information about actions that can be taken to
improve your web-site in some way. These recommendations are based in
part on factors such as your server statistics, keyword
performance/search engine visibility, your business goals, and web
trends. If a recommended action over time becomes critical to continued
reliable service delivery, it will be escalated to "Performance Actions
Critical". This is a standard service of the Web-Server
Administration package.

Activity on Your Account
List's recent actions taken on your account by me for administration,
design, SEO, marketing, or development of your web-site. It is my work
sheet. You can see exactly how your money is being spent.
Review
of Actions in Progress
This area contains a monthly report about the overall progress of any
design, development, SEO, and web marketing services currently in your
plan. Some services such as Search Engine Optimisation require
incremental changes over time. It can take up to 3 months for a
web-site to be indexed in some search engines, It can take as long for
changes to be reflected in the pages of search engines. You are kept
informed about the progress of actions, and intended long term goals.
